Logistics Transportation Instructions
All equipment is shipped in secure wooden boxes. Small equipment can be transported via courier services such as DHL, FedEx, TNT, etc.; large equipment is transported by sea to the nearest port for you. You can choose the most suitable transportation method. The transportation cost will vary depending on the transportation method, equipment size and weight. We will update the freight charges according to different periods. The specific amount will be displayed on the checkout page. When placing an order, you can confirm the freight amount with the salesperson; if you have your own logistics channel to save on freight, we can also support EXW (factory delivery) or FOB (free on board) transaction models.
Delivery cycle
After the order payment is received, unless you have special requirements to modify the equipment design, the equipment will be dispatched within 7-10 working days, with a maximum of no more than 10-15 working days (as the equipment needs to undergo strict testing and be packed in non-steam-treatment wooden boxes, some time is reserved). If it involves special equipment customization or design changes, the delivery cycle may be extended. We will indicate this in the formal invoice (sales contract) signed by both parties.
Freight Information
The packaging size and weight of the equipment are usually much larger than those of ordinary goods. The freight cost will vary significantly depending on the mode of transportation, duration and destination. We recommend that you confirm with the salesperson again. If the actual freight cost differs greatly from the estimated amount, both parties will make appropriate adjustments based on the actual situation.
Express delivery
Small-sized equipment suitable for express delivery will have the shipping cost indicated. However, we still recommend that you double-check. We usually use DHL, FedEx, TNT or UPS. You can specify your preferred delivery method, or we will choose a more cost-effective channel. If you urgently need the delivery or the equipment is small in size, you can choose this option.
Ocean Shipping
We ship from ports such as Shanghai, Qingdao, Guangzhou, Ningbo, and Dalian in China to all over the world. The ocean shipping cost is more affordable and the safety is high. The transportation time usually ranges from 10 to 55 days. For ocean shipping, you need to provide your company information for the creation of the bill of lading. In some regions, joint transportation may be required. Ocean shipping is a common method for international transportation of large goods, combining safety and economy.
