All machines are strictly inspected before shipment. Guangzhou Fanhong Animation Technology Co., Ltd. will provide lifetime technical support.
Our products are professionally manufactured tools designed to withstand harsh commercial or industrial uses. Therefore, our warranty policy does not cover any changes in appearance, wear and tear from usage, or consequences resulting from normal use.
All products of our company cover any defects of the manufacturers. Damage caused by improper use or storage, accidental damage, or failure to follow the maintenance instructions and guidelines described in the product manual is not covered by the warranty.
Machine body
All the machines of our company are covered by a two-year warranty, which covers any defects that affect their usability or lifespan.
Appearance changes, damages or colorations caused by normal wear and tear, human damage or impact are not covered by our manufacturer's warranty.
Spares
During the warranty period, we can provide any damaged spare parts for free (When shipping, we will offer spare parts that can be used with our machine for at least two years.)
Restrictions:
The sole and exclusive liability under this warranty and the sole and exclusive remedy for consumers are limited to repairing or replacing the defective product. The Company shall not be liable for any other damages, including but not limited to special, incidental or consequential damages. In no case shall the Company's liability exceed the purchase price paid by the consumer for the disputed product. Any oral or written description of the product is for identification purposes only and shall not be construed as an express warranty.
This guarantee confers upon you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by state or by country.
Subject to the terms and conditions of this warranty, Guangzhou Fanhong Animation Technology Co., Ltd. ("the Company") provides a guarantee to consumers or entities as initial purchasers. If it is a gift, the Company provides a guarantee to the initial purchaser of this Company's product (the recipient of this product, "you" or "your"). The Company guarantees that the product will not have any manufacturing or material defects during your entire life cycle ("warranty period") when used normally and under the conditions as described. Warranty: This warranty covers: (a) all components of this product (except those mentioned above) and (b) manufacturing or material defects under normal use and conditions in the People's Republic of China. For the purposes of this warranty, "normal use and conditions" means (i) the use and conditions related to the intended proper purpose as expected by the Company, and (ii) not all or part of the conditions described in the exclusion items in the following section that exclude this warranty clause.
Exclude; Eliminate
Our products are specially manufactured according to your requirements. However, they are not indestructible. Therefore, the following items are not covered by this warranty: (1) All or part of the injuries and damages caused or resulting from any of the following: unauthorized modifications, misuse, abuse, negligence, force majeure (including but not limited to fire, tornado, hurricane or earthquake), accidents, improper use (including but not limited to hitting the machine surface, handling materials outside the agreed scope and connecting with the wrong voltage).
Return of goods
We hope that you will never have to return the product. However, if you do so, we will do our best to meet your expectations and help you be satisfied with the goods you purchased.
Therefore, if you are not completely satisfied with the product you purchased, we are always here to assist you. Please send an email to mdhakim31108653@gmail.com to initiate the return process.
Starting from the date when the machine arrives in your country/region, you have 15 calendar days to return the item. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and identical to the one you received. Your goods must be in their original packaging. Also, for machines, the packaging size and weight are usually large, and the refund will be reduced by the shipping cost. Please understand.
We will do our best to process your exchange or refund request within 10 working days. The refund will be made in the same manner as your original payment.
